We are pleased to let you know that we have entered into an agreement with an expert decoder of the Individual Master File. The IMF is an extensive system of records created by the Department of the Treasury/IRS in their master computer in West Virginia. This system contains information on every single entity (whether human or artificial, such as a corporation, partnership, trust, etc.) that has ever applied for a taxpayer identification number (the SSN and EIN are both forms of a TIN), and by each American who has ever once filed a Form 1040. A Master File is defined as a computer record containing all information with respect to a taxpayer's filing

of returns and related documents, both individual and business. Remember, if you have ever filed a 1040 form, you are in the IRS computer system of records. What this decoder does is as follows:

1) Assists you in obtaining your IMF through the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request process;

3) Writes an extensive letter citing the allegations made within the IMF record, including any fraud that may be contained therein;

4) Attaches 84 pages of exhibits from your IMF to back up the statements made in the letter;

5) Sends all the documents back to you for you to forward to the IRS, the Taxpayer Advocate's Office, and your local Congressman.

With the IMF decoded, you know exactly what information the IRS has falsely encoded (perpetrated) against you. Unless you rebut this information you can and will be held liable for these false allegations (such as being a Virgin Islands taxpayer, a narcotics dealer, etc.). Once this information has been rebutted and a written record maintained of the rebuttal, it becomes exculpatory evidence that can be used as admissible evidence in a criminal tax trial.
